G & S International Minerals Preparing to Acquire a Majority Interest in Warrior Entertainment Group

In a board resolution, a Memorandum of Understanding was approved to acquire a 50.1% interest in Warrior Entertainment Group of Colorado. The final acquisition of the 50.1% interest would involve an exchange of 10,000,000 restricted shares of GSML.
