Other Events

 

On February 18, 2021, Green Stream Holdings, Inc. (the “Registrant”) confirmed that the Convertible Promissory Note of Green Stream Holdings Inc. in favor of EMA Financial, LLC dated November 5, 2020, in the amount of $100,000.00 has been prepaid.

 

On February 18, 2021, the Company made the payment of $133,775.34 as full and final payment of the Promissory Note which included all principal, interest and any prepayment fees associated with this Promissory Note.
