Item 8.01 Other Events

 

On December 15, 2020 , Green Stream Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its board of directors declared a stock dividend of one (1) share of the Company’s common stock for each one hundred (100) shares of held on January 1, 2021 (the “Record Date”). Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the press release relating to the announcement, which is incorporated herein by reference.
