   John Ohlin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gold River Productions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRPS), reported today that the Company has decided to locate its manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City, Utah.

"After an extensive search of the States in the south west and inter-mountain west we have made the decision to locate our manufacturing plant in Salt Lake City," Mr. Ohlin reported. "Salt Lake City was selected as the #1 state for business this year and has one of the highest educated work forces of most all of the other U.S. states," Mr. Ohlin said.

"We have begun the search for a 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility in the greater Salt Lake City area and hope to have the facility secured by January of 2011," Mr. Ohlin stated. "Our consolidation press is currently being manufactured and our foaming press is on the loading dock waiting for us to give the current owners the go-ahead to ship once we have completed the arrangements for the manufacturing facility," Mr. Ohlin said. "We expect if all goes according to our plans to be up and running and in revenue generating operations early in the second quarter of the New Year," he also said.
