"The past four months have been productive for the Company. We have become fully reporting on the OTC-Pink Sheets; have arranged long and short term equity financing; our equipment is either on the loading dock or close to completion; and we have retained the services of the Innovision Property Group to assist in locating approximately 30,000 square feet of Class A manufacturing space," Mr. Ohlin said.

"2011 looks to be exciting for us as we install equipment into our manufacturing facility, hire and train employees and begin revenue generating operations. We expect to start production in the second quarter of the year with a minimum of two contracts, one in the trucking industry and the other in the marine industry, totaling $10,000,000 in revenue on an annual basis. Our technology has application in a wide array of markets and products from housing, construction, P.V. solar roofs, recreation vehicles, utility trailers, truck bodies, pontoon boats, house boats and military uses, and we are excited to begin growing our company and building shareholder value," Mr. Ohlin stated.
