GRUPO TELEVISA ANNOUNCES PRICING OF CASH TENDER OFFER

On August 9, 2022, Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. issued a press release announcing the pricing (“Pricing Press Release”) of its offer to purchase for cash a maximum aggregate principal amount of up to US$300,000,000 of its 5.000% Notes due 2045, 6.625% Notes due 2025 and 5.250% Notes due 2049, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the offer to purchase dated July 27, 2022.

 A copy of the Pricing Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
