Grupo Televisa announces closing of the acquisition of AT&T’s participation in Sky Mexico

Mexico City, June 7, 2024 – Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. (“Televisa” or the “Company”; NYSE:TV; BMV:TLEVISA CPO) announced today that the approval from the Federal Telecommunications Institute (Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones) has been received with regards to the acquisition by the Company of the participation in Sky Mexico (“Sky”) previously held by AT&T, and the closing of the transaction has been carried out, therefore Televisa owns 100% of Sky´s capital stock as of today. As previously announced, the transaction price will be paid by the Company in 2027 and 2028.
