On February 9, 2023, Guardforce AI Co., Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the Company’s ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market on a post-split basis on February 10, 2023.

 

A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
