Signed Contract Between Triton Distribution Systems, Inc. and Advanced Gold Technology, Inc. Dated January 14, 2011

  (PINKSHEETS: TTDZ) It has come to the attention of Triton management that there have been misrepresentations as far as a signed contract with Advanced Gold Technology ("AGT"), dated January 14, 2011. Triton's management has decided to post publicly the original contact between Triton Distribution Systems, Inc. ("Triton") and Advanced Gold Technology, Inc. ("AGT"). Furthermore Triton's management is not sure why such fabrications are circulating on the Internet and who is responsible for spreading in such an unprofessional manner false information.
