Geopulse Exploration Completes the La Sal Mountains Property Acquisition

   Geopulse Exploration Inc. (OTCBB: GPLS) (OTCQB: GPLS) finalizes the acquisition of its mineral lease purchase in the La Sal Mountains region of San Juan County, Utah. The primary objective of this acquisition is its gold exploration potential. The property location was advantageously chosen because of the numerous placers gold finds and copper deposits located throughout this area.

The La Sal Mountain region is known for its many gold placers deposits of the Miners Basin, Wilson Mesa, Bald Mesa, and North Mountain. The Property is also located approximately 11 miles east of the Lisbon Valley Copper Mine; once one of the largest copper and gold producers in Utah.

Utah State is the nation's third leading gold producer, behind only Nevada and Alaska. In 2009 over 580,000 troy ounces of gold, valued at over $550 million, was mined in Utah State. Only a few years ago, Utah's Bingham Canyon Mine was producing over 16 tons of gold alone, making it the fourth largest gold producer in all of the U.S.

Management's corporate strategy is to be a project explorer, generator, and operator with an objective to option and/or joint-venture projects with major and junior mining companies through to production. Geopulse Management is currently completing due-diligence and reviewing several national and international resource projects for future acquisition. The initial project site objectives will be located in the continental US with future expansion goals aimed for Central or South America.
