Geopulse Completes Phase Four Expansion

   Geopulse Exploration Inc. (OTCQB: GPLS) (OTCBB: GPLS) has finalized the fourth phase expansion program of its Utah Mineral Acquisition Strategy. This is the Company's fourth Utah property asset acquisition, which includes three potential gold/copper purchases and one potash lease.

Utah Trust Lands Mining Division has now given full property and mining rights to Geopulse Exploration for this property. The Company believes this location offers excellent gold and copper exploration potential based on the massive finds only a few miles away, such as the Lisbon Valley Copper Mine; once one of the largest copper and gold producers in Utah. At full production, this mine was producing nearly $255,000,000 of copper ore annually at today's prices.

Utah is the third largest gold producing State in the U.S., with a production value of over $550 million in 2009 alone. For more than a century, Utah has also been one of the world's largest copper producers, with an annual value of over $1.7 billion and an output of nearly 20 million pounds.

Geopulse's business strategy is to assess, secure, and operate viable properties through Company expertise or joint venture programs. The Company's initial project site objectives are focused in Utah and continental North America, with future expansion goals aimed for Central and South America.
