Novacab is pleased to announce that it is negotiating with two hotel chains for the purpose of installing its technology for energy savings-systems (TES-S). These hotel chains have over 10,000 hotels throughout the world under various banners.

"The hotels will have a substantial energy savings. The prime example is the 3 Novacab (TES-S) systems that were installed at the IBM plant," says Michael L. Carty, Senior Vice-President.

The IBM plant in Bromont, Quebec, saves $500,000 in electrical cost per year with Novacab's TES-S technology. The tests were validated by Hydro-Quebec.

Novacab will analyse the requirements for the various sizes of the hotels and manufacture suitable state-of-the art units. The estimated cost per unit is $100,000.00 USD.

This project would generate substantial revenues, for the first 100 hotels in excess of $ 10,000,000.00 USD over the next 5 years. Since the technology is not exclusive to any business model, its use in hotels will attract additional hotel chains desirous of lowering their operational costs.
