SAN DIEGO, May 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Firefish, Inc. (OTCBB: FRFS), provider of mobile advertising and education services in India, announced that it has launched the final phase of the annual teacher certification program in the state of Chhattisgarh, a state in central India.

"This year, over 550 government school teachers enrolled in this program. This program is being delivered in partnership with the Cambridge University Press like the order for books and services from the Government of Chhattisgarh for $170,000."
