GN Store Nord - Q1 Earnings Release/2004 


TAASTRUP, Denmark, May 10  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting today, the
Supervisory Board of GN Store Nord reviewed and adopted the present First
Quarter Earnings Release 2004. This quarterly earnings release is unaudited and
has been prepared in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting
Standards) and the accounting policies applied in the Annual Report 2003,
although the theoretical bonus element from options awarded is now recognized
in the income statement in accordance with IFRS 2. The comparative figures for
Q1-Q4 2003 have been restated to reflect the new policy in accordance with IFRS
2 transitional provisions.
