Green Globe's preliminary agreement with Green Seal outlines the parties' intention to explore opportunities for the two brands to collaborate to promote sustainability on a global scale.

The newsletter also reviews the appointment of a new director, Anoosheh Mostafaei, the president and co-founder of Ship & Shore Environmental, Inc.
