Brett M. Clark, Chief Financial Officer (principal financial officer), Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors submitted his resignation on October 8, 2010 to be effective immediately.  William J. Mitzel, Chief Operating Officer and President of the Company, submitted his resignation on October 8, 2010 to be effective immediately.
