(OTCQB: GDSI), a company that is positioning itself as a leader in providing cyber arms manufacturing and complementary security and technology solutions, today issued a shareholder advisory explaining that the estate of one of the Company's major investors and shareholders has liquidated several million shares of GDSI stock over the past several months causing downward pressure on the Company's stock price.  The Company believes the worst of that downward pressure is now over.
