FOLSOM, Calif., February 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Digital Solutions, Inc. (GDSI.PK), a leader in telecom engineering and consulting for telecom infrastructure services, today announced that the Board of Directors has authorized a reduction in the amount of shares authorized by the company from 990,000,000 to 175,000,000.
