Global Digital Solutions Begins Execution of Plan to Become Fully Reporting Company on the OTCQB

FOLSOM, Calif., June 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Digital Solutions, Inc. (GDSI.PK), a leader in telecom engineering and consulting services announced today that it is has begun the process of moving the company from the OTC Pink Sheets to the OTC Markets QB Exchange.

The company is current with its reporting obligations under the OTC Markets requirements. The quarter that ended March 31, 2012 was recently filed on May 21, 2012 and is available along with all the company's financial results on the OTC Markets website.

As part of the listing process, Global Digital has retained the services of PMB Helin Donovan to audit the company's financial statements. PMB Helin Donovan is a PCAOB registered auditor doing business in over 30 countries. Upon completion of the audit, Global Digital intends to move expeditiously to file an S-1 registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission to become a fully reporting company.
