ITEM 8.01 Other Events

 

GB Sciences, Inc. (the “Company” or “Registrant”) received an unsolicited $15,000,000 offer for its 50% interest in GB Sciences Louisiana LLC. The Company declined the offer.  The Company will inform shareholders if there are any material developments in the dialogue with the proposed purchaser.
