ITEM 3.03 Material Modification to Rights of Security Holders

 

On June 17, 2019, the Registrant commenced allowing the exercise of its outstanding common stock warrants at the reduced exercise price of $.10 per share.   The reduced exercise price terminates on July 11, 2019.
