On November 12, 2021, Selectis Health, Inc., a Utah corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it expects to issue its third quarter 2021 financial results on November 16, 2021 and inviting current and prospective investors to join the shareholder call on November 16, 2021, at 4:15 PM EST (1:15 PM PST), during which Selectis’ management will discuss the Company’s third quarter 2021 performance. A copy of the Press Release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
