Fortune Valley Treasures, Inc. (the “Registrant”) was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2020 (the “Quarterly Report”) by November 16, 2020 as it requires additional time to gather necessary information for the preparation of such Quarterly Report. The Registrant anticipates that it will file the Quarterly Report no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.

Total cost of revenue is expected to increase by approximately $42,659 to approximately $118,454 for the three months ended September 30, 2020, as compared to approximately $75,795 for the same period in 2019. Comprehensive loss is expected to decrease by approximately $60,001 to approximately $15,788 for the three months ended September 30, 2020 from comprehensive loss of approximately $75,789 for the same period in 2019.
