      Hickory, NC, May, 20, 2013: Fortran Corporation (OTC: FRTN.PK)  Douglas W. Rink, President and CEO, of Fortran Corporation “FRTN” announced the appointment of JPF Securities as its Corporate Counsel and legal advisor. 

Jared P. Febbroriello, Esq. LL.M. is the founder and principal attorney of the law firm JPF Securities Law, LLC organized in Nevada, USA.  The firm specializes in M&A transaction structuring and drafting U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission forms.  JPF Securities Law, LLC has represented microcap and small cap growth companies on various United States stock exchanges and quotation systems including the NYSE, NASDAQ, OTCBB and OTC Markets. Mr. Febbroriello is a graduate of Hong Kong University, Suffolk University Law School, and Gettysburg College.  He holds an LL.M in Corporate Finance, a Juris Doctor with an international business concentration, a B.A. in Psychology and he speaks and writes Mandarin Chinese.  While attending law school, Mr. Febbroriello clerked for the Rhode Island Business Court under the Honorable Michael J. Silverstein.  Mr. Febbroriello also studied European Union Law at Lund Universitet in Sweden and he has written extensively on the Chinese legal system and the Chinese Bond market and its influence on Eurobond pricing.
