Franklin Receives Offer to Market Gold and Silver

   Franklin Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FMNJ) (FRANKFURT: FMJ) Chairman & CEO William Petty is pleased to announce that he has received and accepted an offer for the marketing of gold, silver and -- possibly -- other minerals to be delivered by the Cooperativa Minera Aurifera Nueva La Joya, Ltda, Oruro, Bolivia.

"It was my sincere pleasure last Fall to visit the work sites in La Joya," said Mr Petty. "My meetings with Cooperativea President, Sergio Vacarreza, resulted in Franklin receiving and accepting an offer from the Cooperativa Minera Aurifera Nueva La Joya to market the gold and silver -- and possibly additional minerals -- from an estimated 8,000 tons of material on the ground, waiting to be processed."

As announced last month, Franklin Mining Bolivia has applied for gold to be added to its commercialization license. Mr. Petty is today traveling to Peru where he will continue negotiations for processing gold from La Joya.
