Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

(b) On July 18, 2024, Larry A. Caplinger retired from the Board of Directors of F&M Bank Corp. (the “Company”), effective immediately, having met the mandatory retirement age set forth in the Company’s bylaws. Mr. Caplinger served on the Board of Directors for 12 years.
