1st Capital Bank Announces Hire of Mark Andino as Chief Operating Officer

 (OTCBB: FISB): 1st Capital Bank ("Bank") today announced the hire of Mark Andino as the Bank's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Andino is a veteran California banker, with over 28 years of experience among financial institutions located throughout the state, including serving as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and / or Chief Administrative Officer at six banks. Mr. Andino was most recently the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of American Perspective Bank in San Luis Obispo. Mr. Andino has served banks with extensive operations in Monterey County over the years, including as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Monterey Bay Bank in the early 2000s.

In his new position, Mr. Andino will be responsible for guiding a range of Bank's functions, including Treasury, Secondary Marketing, Facilities, Legal, and Investor Relations. In addition, Mr. Andino will team with the Bank's Chief Financial Officer, Jayme Fields, in pursuing opportunities to further enhance the Bank's financial profile. Mr. Andino will report to Fred Rowden, the Bank's President and Chief Executive Officer.
