HE5 RESOURCES CORPORATION BECOMES FANSFRENZY CORPORATION (OTC: FFZY)!

Plattsburgh, NY -- December 5, 2017 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- HE-5 Resources Corp. wishes to inform its shareholders that it has received approval from FINRA for a name change from HE-5 Resources Corp. (Ticker symbol HRRN) to FansFrenzy Corporation, with a new ticker symbol (OTC:FFZY).

The name change will be effective at opening on December 5^th, 2017. The new symbol will be HRRND. The “D” will be removed in 20 business days and the symbol will change to FFZY.
 
FINRA has also approved the 100 to 1 reverse split to our stock. The reverse split will also take effect December 5^th,, 2017 at opening.
