Throughout this Current Report on Form 8-K, the terms “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to First Choice Healthcare Solutions, Inc. 

 

Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. 

(b) On November 15, 2018, the Company’s Board of Directors placed the Company’s President and CEO, Chris Romandetti, Sr., on indefinite administrative leave. The independent members of the Board of Directors of the Company will be appointing an interim CEO in the near future.
