Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

 

On August 18, 2016, FalconStor Software, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice that the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications staff approved the Company’s request to list its common stock on The Nasdaq Capital Market (the “Capital Market”), effective at the opening of business on August 19, 2016. By transferring from The Nasdaq Global Market to the Capital Market, the Company satisfies all listing requirements. The Company’s trading symbol will remain FALC.
