Remarks: To my knowledge ERHC Energy has instructed the transfer agent that they are not to release information such as the share structure or number of outstanding shares. Hence, I am not sure of the exact percentage of the stocks that I own. Also ERHC Energy is trading on the Grey Market after suspension on the pink sheets and may have its shares revoked. Nevertheless, I am reporting my shareholdings to the SEC to be in compliance.
