Departure o Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain  Officers.

On October 11, 2010, Patrickl A. Neville, Chief Financial Officer  and director of Enable Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) resigned his positions of Chief Executive Officer and director to pursue new business opportunities.
