      Energy Finders, Inc., (OTC:EGYF):
    
    
      A Strawn natural gas sand was encountered at 4,500 feet in one of the 
      seven test wells drilled on the Company’s 
      joint venture acreage. The sand is 20 feet thick and compares favorably 
      to other Strawn sand producers in this area of Edwards County, Texas.
    
    
      A completion test will be attempted soon. Similar results to the 
      successful Rocksprings Field are expected.
    
    
      Final analysis and plans for Trinity Oil Sands development is planned 
      for March.
    
    
      Energy Finders, Inc. has entered into a joint venture to develop a heavy 
      oil and natural gas project in southwest Texas. A total of 33,962 acres, 
      more or less, has been acquired in the TRINITY SANDS PROSPECT AREA,
