      Energy Finders, Inc., (OTC:EGYF) 
      is pleased to report that the Company has entered into an amended 
      agreement with its Operator, MegaWest Energy Texas Corp., to production 
      test four (4) of the cased holes previously drilled by the Joint Venture 
      in the Trinity Sands Formation within the TRINITY SANDS PROSPECT AREA.
    
    
      Energy Finders, Inc. has entered into a joint venture to develop a heavy 
      oil and natural gas project in southwest Texas. A total of 33,962 acres, 
      more or less, has been acquired in the TRINITY SANDS PROSPECT AREA,
