Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

As previously disclosed in the Registration Statement on Form 10 of EESTech, Inc. (the “Company”) that became effective as of April 15, 2023, Don Bartlem had indicated to the Company that he intends to resign as member of the Board of Directors of the Company subsequent to it becoming a reporting company and when practical to do so.

 

On October 26, 2023, Mr. Bartlem notified the Company that he will resign as a Director effective December 31, 2023.
