(PINKSHEETS: ECDP) is pleased to announce that it has signed an LOI with Weisenbach Recycled Products, an Ohio corporation specializing in products made of recycled materials. Weisenbach Recycled Products will provide manufacturing and consulting services which will include the future development and identification of eco-friendly products.
