Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Defense Technologies International Corp. has announced that Charles C. Hooper departed as a director of the company, effective June 30, 2023. Mr. Hooper was originally appointed to serve as a director on May 20, 2016. At the time of his departure, there were no disagreements between Mr. Hooper and the company on any matter relating to the company’s operations, policies or practices.
Merrill W. Moses remains as our sole director and serves as President and CEO of Defense Technologies International Corp. We intend to explore possible new candidates for our Board of Directors in the future.
