announced today that its subsidiary, Chendu Imaging Soft Co., Ltd. ("Chendu
Imaging"), has developed and is now ready to launch a proprietary Real-time
CCTV Surveillance System.

The proprietary surveillance system provides a robust feature set including remote internet access to view or change camera feeds with full recording capabilities into a digital video recorded (DVR) format. The system also enables independent configuration of each camera with motion sensor recording activation.
