Dakshidin Corporation in Advanced Negotiations With Humanitarian Organization

   In response to numerous shareholder inquiries, Dakshidin Corporation (PINKSHEETS: DKSC) confirms that it is in an advanced stage of negotiations with an unnamed humanitarian organization for the deployment of the RESTEC LLC technologies in a number of their projects.

This potential deal could be very significant to both the company and its share holders as it would validate all that the company has done to date.

Dakshidin Corporation will now enter a blackout period with respect to these particular negotiations and will again update shareholders as soon as is practical.

Dakshidin Corporation also continues to benefit from the escalating recognition of and wide-scale interest in the RESTEC LLC low wind speed technology.
