January 15, 2013 – Las Vegas, NV -- In response to unprecedented inquiries about County Line Energy Corp.’s (CYLC) January 8th, 2013 announcement regarding its acquisition of the Gillespie Lake Property, Capitol Financial Media is pleased to provide this property update. County Line Energy has completed the acquisition of the Gillespie Lake property, consisting of a 100 percent interest in a 640 acre parcel. The Company’s asset is not yet producing, but sits adjacent to the second largest producing field in Western Canada – with historic production of 55 million cu. ft. of gas and 2,450 barrels of oil per day. The field was purchased and paid for in cash. The Company has not issued any new shares of stock between December 30, 2011 and January 14, 2013.The Company intends to raise funds to take advantage of new frac technologies to exploit the field. These new frac technologies have proven successful in the area for several producers, and the expertise is continually being developed in the area.
