Cyberlux Corporation, (OTC Bulletin Board: CYBL), a leading provider of LED lighting solutions, announced today that the Company has introduced new LED lighting and power technology to improve the capability of its Department of Defense (DoD) targeted products. These new releases of the BrightEye Tactical Illumination System, the Enclosed Shelter Lighting (ESL) product and the WhiteEye Tactical Illumination System will expand the capabilities of the Cyberlux product offerings to deliver best-in-class performance. Cyberlux has incorporated the advanced capabilities of its patented military-grade LED lighting technology into these lighting products for new and existing Department of Defense (DoD), Federal government and commercial customers.
The BrightEye Tactical Illumination Systems are designed as visible and night-vision compatible illumination systems for mission-critical tactical lighting requiring rapidly deployable, high-intensity lighting capability. Using advanced optics, advanced solid-state lighting technology, and light-weight advanced battery power, all contained in easily transportable wheeled cases, the BrightEye Systems are capable of eliminating the space-consuming bulk, noise and energy consumption of the current generator-powered incandescent lighting systems. Unique to the marketplace, the BrightEye Systems provide best-in-class broad area visible white lighting and night-vision compatible IR lighting capable of operating all night on an advanced battery power system, capabilities not available in traditional lighting systems. The BrightEye Systems are used for security and maintenance lighting, expeditionary base lighting and general lighting applications that require rapid deployment and a small size/weight footprint.
The new BrightEye Tactical Illumination Systems have the following operational characteristics:
The Enclosed Shelter Light (ESL) systems deliver the most energy efficient white, blue and red LED lighting available in a fixed lighting solution for enclosed spaces. Now with the latest Cyberlux LED technology, the ESL provides ideal illumination and light dispersion within the portable “command and control” and mobile shelter environments. Cyberlux designed the ESL system as an adaptable solution for illuminating environments of any size and scale, powered by either AC or DC power, battery power or DC solar power. The ESL meets the requirements for specialized command and control environment within all branches of the DoD.
The new ESL product capability will expand the Cyberlux OEM products offered to the Department of Defense (DoD) supplier marketplace and address the significant market for replacing fluorescent lighting. The new ESL system has the following operational characteristics:
The new Cyberlux WhiteEye Tactical Illumination System products deliver the most energy efficient white LED lighting for portable broad area illumination now commercially available. Engineered to provide ideal lighting for tactical and emergency response situations, Cyberlux has designed the WhiteEye configurations to flexibly illuminate any location or environment requiring rapid setup, light-weight portability or extended battery operation, where electrical power is unavailable.
The Cyberlux WhiteEye Tactical Illumination Systems are available for general white, visible lighting applications and have the following operational characteristics:
“By delivering the latest Cyberlux LED technology in our flagship DoD lighting products, we are providing the most advanced military-grade lighting technology available to our DoD and OEM customers. With the significant expenditures on LED lighting that will occur as current fluorescent lighting gives way to the superior LED technology, the Cyberlux lighting products are well positioned to be leading product solutions with state-of-the-art performance capabilities,” said Mark Schmidt, president and chief executive officer of Cyberlux. “Our lighting products meet the specifications and requirements of the DoD and Federal channels and deliver optimal lighting efficiency, advanced thermal design and superior lighting performance in an optimized product package.”
With patented or patent-pending designs and technology, Cyberlux lighting products provide ideal illumination and light dispersion capabilities with the most energy efficient LED lighting technology available. With proprietary Cyberlux LED technology, unique product knowledge and OEM production capability, Cyberlux is positioned to be a leading LED solution provider for both DoD and OEM customers.
