Camposol Holding Plc.: JORGE RAMIREZ RESIGNS FROM THE CFO POSITION OF CAMPOSOL HOLDING PLC

The Board of Directors of Camposol Holding Plc announces that Mr. Jorge Ramirez has resigned from the Chief Financial Officer position, in order to pursue new projects and personal aspirations.

Mr. Angel Suarez, Controller of Camposol Holding Plc, will assume the CFO functions during the selection process for the new CFO (process that has already begun).
