CAMPOSOL HOLDING PLC PRESENTS FOURTH QUARTER AND PRELIMINARY 2012 FINANCIAL RESULTS

Camposol Holding Plc will announce the results for the fourth quarter of 2012 on Thursday 28 February 2013.   In connection with the release, a telephone conference will be held at 3:00 p.m. (CET - Central European Time), as described below. 

The results will be published at 08:00 a.m. CET and will be available on the Company's website and the Oslo Børs website (ticker: CSOL).
