Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

 

On May 5, 2020, Crawford United Corporation (the “Company”), announced it was returning all $3,679,383 in proceeds from a loan (the “Loan”) provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. to the Company on April 10, 2020. The Loan was granted under the Paycheck Protection Program established by Congress under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act.
