Explanatory Note

 

CarbonMeta Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 6, 2023 (the “Original Report”) announcing that the Company had submitted a press release as a shareholder update with a discussion on achieving operational profitability and attracting long term investment.

 

This Current Report on Form 8-K/A amends the Original Report to correct the date of the press release to March 1, 2023 from June 13, 2016. No other modifications to the Original Report are being made by this Amendment.
