On February 13, 2023, Eversource Energy issued a news release announcing its unaudited results of operations for the three- and twelve-month periods ended December 31, 2022 and related financial information for certain of its subsidiaries as of and for the same period. A copy of the news release and related unaudited financial reports are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, and are incorporated herein by reference thereto.
