LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (PINK SHEETS: CNHC) is pleased to announce that its Richland International Hospital (RIH) has received support from the local Government of Yunnan Province to help develop it into a superior international medical and healthcare services provider.

Since its grand opening on April 28, 2007, Richland International Hospital (RIH) has developed an excellent healthcare management system for all departments and follows the standards of the Joint Commission International (JCI). It is also the first hospital to operate with a full information technology system in the South-West part of China and is already serving about 7,900 local high net-worth patients and about 680 foreign patients since its grand opening. The Government of Yunnan Province has paid close attention to RIH achievements and has granted the following:

1. Three years tax-free exemption benefit and has announced RIH as one of the major Joint Venture Hospitals in Kunming City.

2. RIH is the first and the only hospital permitted to recruit foreign medical staff including physicians and nurses in the Yunnan Province.

3. RIH is first and the only hospital permitted to legally serve foreign patients in the Yunnan Province.

4. RIH has been designated as one of the Province's approved insurance coverage hospitals.
