REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On March 17, 2008, CompuMed, Inc. (“the Company”) announced that it has been awarded a two-year extension of its contract to provide electrocardiogram (ECG) interpretation systems and services for the Nevada Department of Corrections (NDOC).
