Concrete Leveling Systems Adds Technical Advisor to Its Manufacturing Staff

   Concrete Leveling Systems, Inc ("CLS") (OTCBB: CLEV) is pleased to announce that it has contracted with Raymond L. Riggs (Ray) to serve as Technical Advisor of Production and Design.

Mr. Riggs has over 30 years' experience in metal fabrication, machining and tooling work. Additionally, Mr. Riggs has spent over 18 years working with concrete leveling companies and projects. Mr. Riggs has previously consulted with CLS President, Edward A. Barth on the design of the CLS unit that is now manufactured and marketed by the company.

As part of the announcement Mr. Barth stated, "I am extremely pleased to have Ray serve as our Technical Advisor of Production and Design. Personally Ray taught me how to level concrete and was part of the creative design team that produced the CLS concrete leveling service unit package." He went on to further add, "Ray started leveling concrete in 1993 and with his background in tool and design engineering, assisted in the development of what CLS believes is the most efficient and economical concrete leveling service unit on the market.
