VisiTant Reaches Distribution Agreement with Off Site Vaults, Inc.

CTR Investments & Consulting, Inc. (OTC:CIVX) announced
today that it has reached a Distribution agreement with Off Site Vault
Inc.
   VisiTant, a division of CTR Investments & Consulting Inc., today
announced it has signed a distribution agreement permitting Off Site
Vaults, Inc., to distribute VisiTant's suite of products. Off Site
Vaults is a premiere remote off site back up company. The company also
distributes specialty software for the Bail Bonds Industry.
   Off Site Vaults will offer VisiTant's extensive line of visitor
management products, including Justice and Justice Premier products
designed for the Bail Bonds Industry, Sheriffs Office's, Police
Departments and Court House evidence rooms.
   The agreement furthers CTR's commitment to growing its markets by
strengthening and enlarging the distribution channel. VisiTant's
commitment to distributors includes offering a broad product
selection, competitive pricing, fast delivery, technical support,
online ordering and configuration tools, system integration, sales
training, and customer financing.
